1. Be happy!
I find that sometimes I take things for granted in life and always want more and more. If I don’t get what I want, then I feel unhappy. Honestly, there is really nothing to complain about in my life. Besides, I am the one who should be responsible for my own happiness, not others.
2. Focus on the moment!
I worry too much. I had worried many things in the past, and ironically, almost none of them happened. This means, I wasted a lot of time worrying the things that did not really happen. I am also a control freak. I like to control everything in life and in the future if possible. I don’t like to face challenges that I am not prepared. However, everyone knows it is impossible to predict what will happen in the future not to mention to have a plan for it. From now on, I will try to stop worrying about future and focus on the moment.
